We begin with a complete site evaluation to understand your land’s current conditions, identify key needs, and develop a clear path toward long-term success. This allows us to create a thoughtful, effective plan tailored to your site. Here’s what’s part of our process:
We offer site evaluations for new installations starting at $250, with final pricing determined by the size and location of your project. Should you proceed with Hoksey Native Seeds for installation, this amount will be deducted from your project total. Contact us for additional design and planning options.

Site preparation is a critical first step in our process. Most of the effort goes to removing competing vegetation.
