No Returns or Exchanges
Because seeds are a perishable and natural product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hoksey Native Seeds is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Delays caused by carriers
Germination & Growing Conditions Disclaimer
Seed performance depends on environmental conditions beyond our control, including:
- Soil quality
- Weather conditions
- Planting methods
Because of this, we do not guarantee germination results and cannot offer refunds based on growth outcomes.
